- Ezaldeen El-Araj (Ez)
Ez as Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for the treasury, legal and reporting aspects of EIF. Ez holds an M.B.A. in finance from Oklahoma City University and started his professional career in banking, spending eight years in the corporate finance and correspondent banking departments of leading banks in the United Arab Emirates. Ez brings over 15 years of investment and marketing experience to EIF.
Paresh Thakker (Paresh)
Paresh as Managing Director, is primarily responsible for EIF’s co-investments. Paresh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University (India) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (AIMR, USA), Chartered Accountant (India), Cost Accountant (India), and Company Secretary (India). Earlier, he worked with Infinity Ventures, a leading venture capital firm focused on the Indo-US Corridor and was responsible for identifying opportunities, sourcing deals, conducting negotiations, and structuring transactions. He brings to EIF 14 years of experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, valuations and investments.
